Duties include:
- Driving Company Vehicle
- Inspection of buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation
- Determine type of treatment required
- Application of required treatments
- Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestatio

Position: Pest Control Technician

We’re looking for an individual who is personable, possesses basic trade knowledge and is familiar and comfortable in a customer service environment. The individual is someone who can work in an environment that requires the ability to organize and manage their time wisely. They must be driven and self motivated to work.
This position primarily consists of servicing customers who have unwanted pests and requires a professional to find a solution to eradicating rodents and pests as well as to apply preventative measures to ensure the issue has been eliminated. The job also entails applying preventative solutions to regularly maintain commercial properties.
We provide full coverage for a structural license (a requirement to operate as a pest control technician) with conditions. If resignation or termination occurs before 1 year, full reimbursement back to Home Hardware Pest Control is required.
Requirements for this position:

Quality Assurance Auditor- Responsible for assessing the quality of service and training to ensure continuous improvement. Establishes and maintains professional relations with clients and other related industry professionals. Provides detailed facility audits, training, education, and assistance in resolution of complex pest infestation issues. Provides On-The-Job training and assessment of job processes to Route Managers in accordance with established Company policies and with governmental regulations. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Pest Control Industry.
Must have valid exterminators license.
Must have valid G class license.

Service Manager Position: (Salary $42,000-$57,000) York Region/GTA
Duties include customer service, scheduling, sales and prospecting, servicing existing accounts and marketing.
Candidates will be highly motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates will have excellent computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office and Customer database management and will hold a current exterminator’s license OR candidates will have a service/sales background and willing to enter our training program.
High School diploma or equivalent minimum, college education preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
Prior experience in Pest Management is not necessary, but preferred. We will train the right person who is motivated to start a new career.
